These terms cover your use of TinyWebTools. They are deliberately short, because the service is free, requires no account, and mostly runs on your own machine.

Using the tools

You may use every tool here free of charge, for personal or commercial work, without attribution. Anything you produce, whether a converted image, a merged PDF, an invoice or a recording, belongs to you entirely. We claim no rights over it and, in most cases, never even see it.

What we ask of you

• Do not use these tools to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or process material you have no right to handle.
• Do not attempt to overload, disrupt or reverse the service, or to bypass the rate limits on the two server-backed tools.
• Do not present the service as your own or resell access to it.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We have tested them and we use them ourselves, but software has faults and browsers differ. Keep your originals. Do not use a converted or compressed file as your only copy of anything that matters until you have checked it.

Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including lost or corrupted files, lost profits, or the consequences of a result being wrong. If you need a guarantee of correctness, verify the output before relying on it.

Third-party services

Two tools rely on third-party providers, as described in our privacy policy. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and their terms apply to the processing they perform.

Availability

We may add, change or withdraw tools at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted service. If a tool you depend on is withdrawn, nothing you have already produced with it is affected.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revision.
