TinyWebTools is a small operation, so messages reach a person rather than a ticket queue.
What is useful to include
- Suggesting a tool. Describe the job you are trying to do rather than the feature you imagine. Requests written that way are the ones that usually get built.
- Reporting a problem. Tell us which tool, which browser, and what happened compared with what you expected. If a file failed, its type and rough size helps.
- Privacy questions. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what each tool does with your data, including the two that use a server.
Please do not attach the file itself. We almost never need it, and we would rather not receive your documents. A description of the problem is enough.
Response time
Usually within a few days. Bug reports about a tool that is plainly broken get looked at first.
