Split PDF

See every page, tick the ones you care about, then keep them, drop them, rotate them, or split each into its own file. No upload, no page limit, no watermark.

Your PDF?Pages are rendered here on your device to make thumbnails. The file is never uploaded. Password-protected PDFs need unlocking first.

Click a page to select it. Rotation is applied to the page you rotate, whether it is selected or not.

Actions

Your original file is never changed.

Everything happens on this device. Nothing is uploaded or stored.

How to use it

Pick pages visually rather than guessing numbers.

1

Drop a PDF

Every page is rendered as a thumbnail so you can see exactly what you are choosing.

2

Select pages

Click thumbnails, or type a range like 1-3, 7. Use the odd and even buttons for double-sided scans.

3

Choose an action

Keep only what you picked, drop what you picked, or burst the file into one PDF per page.

Questions

Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Thumbnails are rendered with pdf.js and the new files are written with pdf-lib, both running inside this page. Your document never leaves the device, which matters for contracts, bank statements and medical letters.
What is the difference between extract and delete?
Extract keeps only the pages you selected and throws the rest away. Delete does the opposite, dropping the selected pages and keeping everything else. Both write a new file and leave your original untouched on disk.
Does rotating change the image quality?
No. Rotation sets a flag on the page rather than redrawing it, so the content is untouched and stays perfectly sharp. It is stored in the new PDF and every viewer will honour it.
Why are large PDFs slow to load?
Every page is rendered to build the thumbnails, and that work happens on your device. A 300-page document takes a moment, particularly on a phone. Pages appear progressively as they finish rather than making you wait for all of them.
Are form fields and annotations kept?
Page content, text and images are copied faithfully. Interactive extras such as form fields, bookmarks and annotations are not always carried across, because they belong to the document rather than to individual pages. Check the result if a form must keep working.
